1. Who we are

LZ Marketlab LLC is a marketing services company based at 4300 Ridgecrest Dr SE, Suite L #593, Rio Rancho, NM 87124, United States. This policy covers two different things: the personal information we collect about you when you visit this site or hire us, and the data we handle on behalf of our clients when we run their marketing.

2. Information we collect about you

• Information you give us. Name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you include when you contact us or request an audit.
• Engagement records. Scopes of work, invoices, correspondence, and the reporting we produce for you.
• Technical information. Standard server logs from this website, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp.
• Cookies. Cookies strictly necessary for this site to function, plus any optional cookies you accept through our consent banner.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers. Invoices are processed by a third-party payment provider that handles card data directly.

3. Access to your marketing accounts

If you engage us, we will usually need access to systems you already own — ad accounts, analytics properties, search consoles, your CMS, or your email platform. When that happens:

• We ask for the lowest level of access that lets us do the work, and read-only wherever read-only is enough.
• Access is granted to named individuals, not to shared logins.
• We ask you to revoke our access when an engagement ends, and we will remind you to do it.
• We do not change account ownership, billing details, or security settings without asking.

4. Data we handle on your behalf

Running marketing for a client can mean handling personal data belonging to that client’s own customers — email lists, form submissions, or audience data inside an ad platform. Where that happens, the client decides what is collected and why, and we act only on the client’s instructions. We do not use client audience data for our own purposes, we do not combine it with another client’s data, and we do not sell it.

5. How we use information

• To answer enquiries and prepare audits and proposals.
• To deliver, support, and report on the work you have engaged us for.
• To invoice you and keep the records required for tax and accounting.
• To keep this site secure and detect abuse.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

• Advertising and analytics platforms, where the work itself takes place.
• Our email, file storage, and project tracking providers.
• Our payment processor and accountant.
• Specialist subcontractors, and only after we have told you who and why.
• Government or law enforcement bodies, where we are legally required to do so.

7. How long we keep it

Invoices and engagement records are kept as long as applicable tax and accounting rules require. Working files and reporting are kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request. Server logs are retained briefly for security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email support@lzmarketlab.com from the address you contacted us with, or call us. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.

If you are an end customer of one of our clients and want your data corrected or deleted, contact that company directly — they decide what happens to it. If you contact us instead, we will pass the request on.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us information and we will delete it.

10. Security

This site is served over HTTPS, credentials are stored in a password manager, and access to client systems is limited to the people working on that account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links and platforms

Our site links to other websites, and our work takes place inside platforms operated by other companies. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before relying on them.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will flag material changes on the site.
