1. Our commitment

LZ Marketlab LLC wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

2. What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard. In practice, that means:

• Text and background colors chosen to meet contrast minimums.
• Every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text.
• All interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Headings follow a logical order so screen readers can navigate the page structure.
• Animation and transitions are disabled for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
• Text resizes without breaking the layout.

3. The same standard in our client work

Accessibility is part of how we build landing pages and email templates for clients, not an upsell. If a client asks us to ship something that creates an obvious barrier, we will say so.

4. Known limitations

Parts of this site rely on third-party components, such as our cookie consent banner, which we do not fully control. If one of them causes a barrier for you, tell us and we will work with the provider or replace it.

6. Tell us about a problem
